“We Are Better Together”

1 Timothy 4:6-10

We are meeting together this morning because God told us to. One of the key ingredients to growing in godliness happens when we gather with other followers of Jesus. We are created for community. We are meant to be connected to Jesus and to each other. When we gather, and serve, and train together in a community, we are transformed. We become more like God. This morning as we wrap up our study on “The Mystery of Godliness” from 1 Timothy, we learn from Paul that we are better together because godliness grows out of our togetherness.
