Romans 8:18-25

Happy Mother’s Day! Being a mom is one of God’s greatest blessings, and I hope you have plans today to honor that special mom in your life. But being a mom is also one of the hardest jobs around. And it’s not just moms who experience tough days. We all know what it’s like to struggle in this life. This morning as we continue our sermon series “Transformed” from Romans 8, Paul talks about our present suffering in this life and our future hope in Jesus. For anyone who is struggling with finances, or relationships (or just struggling to make it through the day), Paul gives incredible reasons for hope. This morning we learn from Paul that our future hope transforms our present suffering.
